Wheredo you ship?
We ship worldwide. Items may dispatch from different warehouses (USA, Europe, China, Australia, etc.) — this helps shorten delivery times and keep items in
stock.
Howlong does delivery take?
Order processing: usually 1–2 business days.
Average international delivery time: 7–14 business days (depends on destination and
customs).
Carrier examples:
o USPS: 1–5 business days (US domestic)
o UPS/FedEx Ground: 1–5 business days; Express —
1–2 business days
o Royal Mail Tracked 24/48: 1–2 / 2–3 business
days (UK domestic)
o DPD/GLS (within Europe): 2–6 business days

Howmuch does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated individually for each order. Please note that we occasionally run promotions where shipping may be completely free.

Howcan I track my order?
After dispatch you will receive an email with your tracking number and a carrier
link. You can also track the status on our page Track Your Order
CanI change the address or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the order hasn’t shipped. Contact us as soon as possible with your
order number at info@linellee.store
or via the “Contact” page. After the parcel is handed to the carrier, changes
are not possible; in that case we can assist with a return.
How do I start a return?
You can return items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their
original packaging.

or via the Contact Us page (order number + reason) → receive instructions/shipping label → pack carefully and send it back.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective/incorrect/damaged in transit — we cover the cost. For change‑of‑mind or “didn’t fit” returns- return shipping is paid by the customer.
Whenwill I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, the refund is processed within 7 business
days. Posting time depends on your bank/payment provider.
Can Iexchange an item?
Yes, if the item is in stock. Contact us and we’ll offer an exchange or suitable
alternative.
Will I becharged taxes or customs duties?
For international shipments, duties/VAT may apply according to your country’s
regulations and the carrier’s policies. If charged, these amounts are paid by
the recipient.
Why does my order have multiple tracking numbers?
We ship from warehouses where items are in stock, so a single order may be split
into 2–3 parcels with different tracking numbers and arrival dates.
Do you offer a product warranty?
Linellee‑branded items include a 12‑month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Third‑party items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (see the product page for details).
How do I install wall‑mounted drying racks/organizers?
Mounting options:
o Screw‑mount (most secure): use appropriate wall anchors for the wall type (drywall with studs, brick/concrete, solid wood).
o No‑drill adhesive (where applicable): only on smooth, non‑porous surfaces (glazed tile, glass, metal). Clean with isopropyl alcohol, press firmly, and allow 24–48 hours to cure before loading. Always follow the included instructions and do not exceed the rated load.
How do I care for the products?
Wipe with a soft cloth and mild soapy water; dry thoroughly.
Avoid abrasives and harsh chemicals (bleach, ammonia).
Metal parts: periodically check fasteners and wipe dry after exposure to moisture.
Wooden parts: use gentle, non‑oily cleaners; avoid prolonged contact with water.
